Centennial is a town on the move. Only a few years ago Centennial was a small suburb off interstate 25 but has risen to an established city thanks to its proximity to the Denver Tech Center and the jobs that come with it. Centennial has arguably one of the best locations in the Denver metro area with quick access to downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center, and the southern suburbs. You’re never too far away from anywhere when you live in Centennial.
Centennial’s population explosion has brought a rise in new construction neighborhoods to accompany the established neighborhoods. Most Centennial homes are tailor-made for families of four with three to five bedrooms and big backyards. The median price of an average Centennial home is $488,500
Colorado Springs puts you on the backdoor of epic Colorado adventure and is one of the most affordable cities in the Centennial State. With a population of approximately 500,000 Colorado Springs is approximately half the size of Denver but ‘the Springs’ is not lacking in big city features and things to do. If you prefer a smaller town feel with a conservative outlook but still want the best schools, entertainment, and adventure, Colorado Springs will make an ideal home.
